How To Check Simultaneous Calls On FreePbx

FreePBX allows monitoring incoming call volume in real-time or by exporting CDR reports to Excel. To view peak concurrent incoming calls, the CDR report can be filtered for inbound calls only. Alternatively, the "asterisk -rx 'core show channels'" command with filtering for a specific inbound trunk can provide snapshots of concurrent incoming calls over time.

YoucouldjustgrabthecannedCDRreport,exporttoExcel,andlookatallinboundcallsonly(usingExcelautofilter).That
wouldgiveyouanideaofhowmanyinboundcallsarehappeningatonce.

SIP/yourinboundtrunkinstead.
WealsohaveabackupSIPtrunk,andIcouldseecallsonitbydoingthis(greppedfor"SIP/vitelinbound"inmycase).Soifyou
knowallyourinboundcallscomeoveracertaintrunk,youcouldfindtheinfo.Ifyouroutboundsgooverthesametrunk,then
maybeyoucancloselyexaminetheoutputofasteriskrx'coreshowchannels'toseeiftherearewordsorphrasesjustforthe
incomingcallsyoucangrep.
