FFCHS after the fallout from the allegations regarding Derrick Robinson. It is such a shame,
but I think everyone is being played by the U.S. Government who wants the FFCHS
organization disbanded due to it's name recognition and the current positive trends in

Grave". What a great book with such great research information. Thank You. First of all, I
cannot find a copy of the other ebook which you sent me. That was such an impressive
book, do you remember what book it was? I will purchase another copy. I think the
computer hackers deleted it from my computer. Now, the important part. I must tell you of
an experience I had in 2006. I remember I was standing in my living room at 220 Stone
Hill Road, Conestoga, Pa, and , of course I was telepathic 24/7 since 2005, all of a sudden i
began to receive telepathic communications in Chinese. It only lasted for about 2 minutes.
Then about 4 weeks ago my computer screen turned into all Chinese letters and such. Do
you think the Chinese could be attacking me along with the Americans and the purpose of
the computer screen going into Chinese was to sort of let the Americans know that they
are using this technology on Americans, since there is no way to trace the source?

Abstract:
One of the twenty-first centurys greatest violations of human rights is the proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and
torture. The author, Soleilmavis Liu, is one of thousands of innocent victims across the globe, who has become an activist for their freedom. Mind control
technologies are weapons which use electromagnetic waves to hijack a persons brain and nervous system and subvert an individual's sense of control over
their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making. This article is a brief introduction to these technologies and one of its victims, Soleilmavis Liu.
Soleilmavis work is to expose mind control technologies and their torturous abuses and to urge governments worldwide to investigate and halt these

Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked in December, 2001 when she was studying for a Masters Degree in
Australia. At the time she was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by
attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, she would come to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered by governments
worldwide to control and harass the populace.
This article will briefly introduce mind control weapons, Soleilmavis case summary, and Soleilmavis work to expose mind control weapons abuse torture.
Soleilmavis case summary and her work will hopefully bring more public awareness to the use of mind control weapons, abuses and tortures.

2.

Brief introduction of Mind Control Technologies

Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and /or electromagnetic waves to subvert an
individual's sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. The development of
these methods and technologies has a long history.

2.1 Nazi Wonder Drug

Nazi researchers used concentration camp inmates to test a cocaine-based "wonder drug" they hoped would enhance the performance of German troops.

2.2 Mk-ultra, America's Central Intelligence Agency mind control project.

There is an overwhelming body of evidence that confirms the existence of Mk-ultra, America's Central Intelligence Agency mind control project. MORE
than 250 people who claim they were brainwashing victims of Americas Central Intelligence Agency were set to win a multimilliondollar legal battle for
compensation. Nine had already each received $67,000 (33,500) compensation from the spy agency, which had admitted setting-up an operation codenamed
MK-Ultra during the Cold War (Parker, 2007). [2]

2.3 Implantable electronic chip mind control

Many researchers, using nanotechnologies have developed implantable electronic chips that establish new nerve connections in the parts of the brain that
control movement or even alter emotion and thought. Researchers at the University of Washington (UW) are working on an implantable electronic chip that
may help establish new nerve connections in the part of the brain that controls movement. Their most recent study, to be published in the Nov. 2, 2006,
edition of Nature, showed such a device can induce brain changes in monkeys lasting more than a week (Gray, 2006). [3]
On March 18, 2008, the Central Intelligence Agency responded in writing to a Larson Media Freedom of Information Act request. The document discloses
that the CIA's use of biomedical intellectual property developed at the Alfred Mann Foundation, Second Sight LLC, Advanced Bionics, and under Naval
Space Warfare (SPAWAR) contract #N6600106C8005 is "currently and properly classified pursuant to an executive order in the interest of national security"
and applies to the CIA Director's "statutory obligation to protect from disclosure, intelligence sources and methods". The technology, developed under the
DARPA programs of Tony Tether, Col. Geoffrey Ling and N.I.H programs of William Heetderks, has been protected as a Defense "Special Access Program"1
(SAP), which is the official terminology for a "black project". The research has resulted in implantable devices that are millimeter and sub-millimeter in size,
can be surreptitiously implanted (and are fabricated in a manner that the devices cannot be detected or localized by clinical medical or radiology techniques),
and provides a shocking amount of surveillance capability regarding a subjects activities which may include visual and auditory biofeedback data.
Additionally, the devices are capable of delivering testosterone or any other biological agent.

2.4

Voice to Skull Technologies

Artificial microwave voice to skull transmission was successfully demonstrated by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp in 1973, announced at a seminar from the
University of Utah in 1974, and in a journal "American Psychologist" in March, 1975 issue, article title "Microwaves and Behavior" by Dr. Don Justesen
(1975). [4]
In 2002, the US Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a device: a nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device
which broadcasts sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can
transmit ultrasound (above human hearing) into the skull of mammals.
NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of Voice to Skull uses is an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds

2.5 Mind reading technologies

Researchers have shown a capability to read a subjects mind by remotely measuring their brain activity. This technique can even extract information from

2.6 Microwave or electromagnetic mind control technologies

It is sometimes hard for victims to find evidence of microwave or electromagnetic mind control technology. However, some news articles are starting to
report the development of government mind control weapons (DiSalvo, 2011). [7] There is evidence that electromagnetic weapons have effects on the brain;
including sleep disruption and behavior changes (Walonick, 1999). [8]

2.7 Patents of Mind Control Technologies

Patents also indicate the existence of mind control technologies. [9]

3. SOLEILMAVIS CASE SUMMARY ON MIND CONTROL ABUSE AND TORTURE

Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked in December, 2001 when she was studying for a Masters Degree in
Australia. Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which she heard from the floor below her. The other people who lived in the same
house could not hear them. She then moved to a one-story house in January, 2002. The noise resounded, as if they were coming from the neighbors. Soon she
started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.

3.1 Major symptoms:

Majority of the symptoms were; pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, and leg and arm pains, she also had a few high fevers. All these
symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if she had strong medication.
She went to the police in January, 2002 to report that someone was following her and using technology to read her thoughts. She told the police that their
voices sounded as if they came from the neighbors. The police responded that it was illegal to use mind-reading technologies in Australia.
In February, 2002, she moved to a new one-story house. An increase in the symptoms was noted: diarrhea for almost a month, involuntary hand tremors,
inability to stand firmly on her legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, and more. As usual, the symptoms disappeared, without
any medication.
On April 5 2002, she could not bear any more suffering, so she left Australia .However, even after she left, she still could hear those voices. She went to
Hong Kong, Thailand, Shanghai and China, but the voices still sounded as if they came from the neighbors. The same symptoms came back all the time and
her belongings were often stolen when she was not in her hotels.
In August, 2002, she went to New Zealand. Again, she experienced the same symptoms. In April 2003, she had already spent all her money, so she came
back to China and stayed with her parents. She had more symptoms such as constipation, faece and piss incontinence and sexual harassment. Torturers started
to prevent her from sleeping at night, or they would wake her up at midnight. Sometimes, the tormentors also forced her to sleep when she did not want to or
they would force her to have "dreams". She knew those "dreams" were totally artificial and transmitted to her brain via an external medium, presumably
through electromagnetic weapons. The principle was the same as with a silent sound device which could transmit sounds into a person's skull.
At the end of 2004, her tormentors forced her to have "dreams" every night. These people could use electromagnetic technologies to transmit their voices
directly to her brain. They could make their voices sound as if they came from the neighbors or from a nearby person. They could also use their devices to
morph the voices to sound like those of her friends or family members. Upon her return to China, the voices still sounded as if they came from neighbors, but
she knew they were not her neighbors' voices. After 2005, they no longer used the "voice trick", although sometimes they even tried to make her believe that
they were the TV announcers' voices.

She thought that they mostly used their own voices. When they started to torture and harass her in Australia, most of them only spoke in English. Only one or
two spoke in Mandarin without any dialects. During the second month, more people who spoke in Mandarin joined them. They also asked whether she could
speak Cantonese. Other victims said they could hear the voices speaking in Cantonese. Since leaving Australia, most of the voices were only in Mandarin.
About ten people who spoke Mandarin had been torturing and harassing her 24/7 between May 2002 and April 2003. After April 2003, about ten Mandarin
voices were used and only occasional voices were in English. She thought they might have employed more Mandarin-speaking people to join them.
During the past few years, their weapons have attacked her, no matter where she was; in every country, whether inside a house, underground, on a plane, on a
ship, underwater, inside a car, on a mountaintop or anywhere.

3.2 Soleilmavis efforts of the past few years

For the past few years, Soleilmavis has been working hard to stop these fascist atrocities. She reported these crimes to the police when she was in Australia in
January and February, 2002. She wrote letters to the United Nations after she left Australia.

Since 2005, she has written letters to the United Nations, researched the Internet about mind control weapons and acquired lots of good information. She
found many victims all over the world who were going through the same nightmarish life as her.
After 2006, she more intensely researched mind control and directed-energy weapons. She kept in touch with other victims and exposed mind control and
directed energy technologies torturing and harassing her through many channels worldwide. She and others in her network have written countless letters to
government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public. But they did not get any help to stop the alleged
human rights violation.
Soleilmavis has also sent letters to, and wishes to file lawsuits against the government who has covered up mind control weapons abuses and tortures.
Soleilmavis and other victims have started a concerted campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture. They are
demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human

4.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION

The control and manipulation of a human brain is a terrifying possibility. Lieutenant Colonel Timothy L. Thomas, US Army (ret), published an article in
the military journal Parameters which likens the mind as a new battlefield. He quotes a Russian army major in relation to weapons that affect the mind, It is
completely clear that the state which is first to create such weapons will achieve incomparable superiority." Thomas expresses concern about information
dominance though he stops short of the moral implications (Thomas, 1998). [11]
Mr. Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton also have also raised high concern of human rights violations implemented with electromagnetic
weapons in the article US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights( Phillips et al., 2006). [12]
According to an anonymous Survey for Mind Control Victims (result on 19 Dec 2009), 71.29% of all victims had completed a college degree, with 13.86%
of all victims attaining a Master or a Doctor degree. The possible reasons to became a target were:
Government Secret Human Experiments or Scientists Performing Secret Human Experiments supported by Government (58.11%);
Scientists Performing Secret Human Experiment (36.82%);
Government Secret War (33.45%);
Secret Political persecution (32.77%);
Terrorist violence (22.97%);
Misuse of weapons by government corruption (45.27%). [13]
Currently, there are many victims who claim they are tortured and harassed by mind control and directed energy weapons, and the number of victims has
been increasing. Victims of these weapons are often economically marginalized and therefore have very limited financial resources to buy testing equipment,
so even if they are poisoned or get implanted or suffer from brutal electromagnetic weapons torture, for the most part, they cannot uncover the root causes or
find someone willing to help them do so.
Many States Constitutions require the Government to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens; many countries had strict laws to ban torture;
THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS bans torture, cruel inhuman degrading treatment or punishment (Article 5); and everyone has
the right to freedom of thought (Article 18). But the Government and public have ignored victims complaints for yearsthey did not help victims or
sentence torturers according to law.

Conclusions

It can be seen that mind control weapons are well developed and they are being used to torture and harass innocent citizens. Many victims are currently
working in conjunction with Soleilmavis to start a worldwide campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture.
In this research, the following conclusions were reached:
1) Many countries have developed various types of mind control methods: drugs, microchips, nanotechnologies and electromagnetic waves. Could these
governments also introduce legislation to regulate the use of such weapons?
2) Effective laws and other measures from our governments need to be enacted to prevent the misuse
of such weapons.
3) In the event of misuse of such weapons, government intervention is required to protect the victims and prosecute torturers to the fullest extent of the law.
It is hoped that Soleilmavis case summary will bring about public awareness and solutions to mind control weapons abuse and torture.

I am so sorry to read of your suffering, and that none of the efforts to help you have freed you from the harassment.
I have read a couple of books and a lot of online information... and it seems the ability the perpetrators have to molest people comes through satellite
'tracking' and following the 'brain print' of the person they have targeted. The people who have the money to USE the satellite technology, have the
computer program to read your mind, make powerful subliminal suggestions, and attempt to control you--- and it gets far more advanced with the
computer age.
I believe we do not have many years to wait, until the WHOLE WORLD will know they are victimized by the 'few' who can afford it. It is JUST TOO
TEMPTING to them, to let it go by targeting 'just a few' (meaning MANY, but a 'few' compared to the numbers of the POPULATION of the world.)
Many persons have refused to 'believe' and claim to NOT UNDERSTAND, what the Bible teaches about the 'time' when no one can 'live', buy or sell...
until they take the MARK of the beast who is at power.
And it is a MASSIVE control that will cover the population of the World. We who have experienced what seems to be IMPOSSIBLE, now know that
many strange things are possible.
The perpetrators who harass me... VERY STRONGLY... live hundreds and hundreds of miles away from my home. For all I know, they may be on a
'hook' up that comes from ANYWHERE.

Thank you for writing the article and all your hard work on exposing this horrorific endless nightmare for all of us. I realize I don't participate in alot of
this stuff but I think we all have our own way of dealing with the brutal honest reality of being used for illegal human torturing and is beyond
comprehension for most people. I know that I can't get through reading most of this without a tear and is still after 9 years of being alive it is still hard
to accept. I am just at the point of looking forward to dying and starting my real life in Heaven as they say. There is not a day that goes by that I don't

I am so sorry to hear all this and it seems so surreal. I have alot of tortures going on in milder forms. I don't know what I will do when and if it gets to
the point of not being able to take care of myself but for now I do the best I can to take care of myself and my daughter. My son and family opted out
and the most negative pain or cooperation with the perps is my mother as I don't have alot of contact with the rest of my family and we were not that
close anyways. I left my homestate long ago and will not go back anymore because its too painful to deal with them cooperating with the perps. I have
enough to deal with and refuse to be made to feel guilty for something out of my control while they are ignorantly mislead and their heads are filled
with evil. I like where I live now and can live life on my terms and not be subjected to my family torturing me or give them the opportunity to. I
somehow just keep going and know that their is a place with no more tears that's what I focus on. God Bless you and keep faith in the Lord we are
being used by the Heavens and know that your pain isn't going unnoticed by the Lord.

My classmate told me that TI victims with voice to skull can try getting help from Lab of conducting electromagnetic compatibility test, where usually
has shielded enclosure.
I am in "satellite prision", unemployed with illness, and often meet trouble matters right now. I found that the enemy "deceive" people around me
whereever I go with the secret mind control weapon. They will let me lose future. I have experienced many things of TI victims. I will try to help you

I became a victim of mind control weapons abuses and tortures, when I was studying for a Master Degree in Australia on Dec 2001.

I had reported to police, but I could not get help to stop the abuses and tortures in Australia.

I tried to talk to many people about such matter; most of them said they never heard such technologies,

Some voices said to me:" USA has the most advanced technology in the world. You can go to USA; maybe you can cure your diseases there."

I went to the USA embassy in Melbourne to apply visa, paid the application fee. When I came home from Embassy, Some voices said to me:" Go to USA, we
will arrange for you, do not have to apply visa." They also said:" We will apply medical leaves for you."

Because I thought those voices would not lie to me, and my brain was being harassed by remote electromagnetic mind control weapons; I could not even use
my brain to think anything carefully.

On April 5, 2002, I brought my luggage and took a taxi to the Airport. At the ticket office, I showed my passport to a young lady, and asked for an air ticket
to USA, the lady looked at my passport carefully and said, Yes, you do not have to apply for a visa, trust me!

I held the air ticket and passport to a check-in officer, and very carefully told him what the lady at the ticket office told me. He let me check-in and gave me
boarding passes telling me that I did not have to apply for a visa to go to the USA.

Inside the airport, several people stopped me and checked my bags very carefully. I asked them the same thing: They said that I did not need visa to go to
USA. Is this true?" They told me that it was true.

I sat in a chair and waited for the airplane for a very long time. Finally it was boarding time. I carried my bag and followed the long queue of people. At the
gate, a man and woman stopped me. They said they had some questions to ask me. I complained that the plane was about to take off. They told me not to
worry because they had it arranged. They took me to a small room, and asked me only a few simple questions.

They questioned, What have you been doing in Melbourne?

I responded, I am studying for a Masters Degree.

They asked, Have you attended your classes?

I answered, Of course!

They asked, Why do you go to America?

I replied, To see a doctor.

They asked, Have you taken your medical leaves?

I answered, Yes.

Later someone brought my bags to the small room, and said they had to check my luggage. I asked them why, but they said nothing as they opened my
luggage, checking everything very carefully, even a small piece of paper. They took all of my notebooks on which I wrote telephone numbers, and they would
later return these back to me. After they checked all my things carefully, they told me, You cannot go to USA, but you can go to Malaysia, Singapore,
Holland or Hong Kong.

Finally they changed my tickets from Melbourne to Hong Kong to Amsterdam. A lady stressed that they would not cancel my student visa if I left Australia.
I want to go to the USA to look for medical treatment, so why should you cancel my visa? I thought to myself but kept quiet. After I waited a long time, a
lady brought my tickets, passport, and boarding passes, and sent me to the airplane. (Please see attached photos
(1) return-ticket (Melbourne to Washington) ;( 2) ticket (Melbourne to Amsterdam)
In Hong Kong, Airline stopped me and not allowed me to go to Amsterdam without visa. They said they would contact the office who issued the air ticket to
me. I had to wait in Hong Kong.
From 6 Apr to 12 Apr 2002, I stayed in Hong Kong.
One day morning, I woke up early, I went to US Embassy in Hong Kong and wished to apply visa to America. (It was the first time I went to Hong Kong US
Embassy)
(Because of under mind control weapons abuses and tortures, I was really like a Zombie. And I could not remember all the details, but I try hard to give as
more details as I can)
I arrived to US Embassy very early in the morning. At first I took my breakfast in a small restaurant opposite the US Embassy. After I finished my breakfast,
I went out the restaurant and a man approached me and I heard a low voice follow me!
so I followed the man. I was exactly like a robot, with completely empty mind, as I walked inside the USA Embassy. Nobody stopped me or asked me
anything.

When I entered the main building inside the US Embassy, I saw there was a small room on the right side, and a man (with black skin color) wearing uniform
was sitting there. It was the security guard. I thought I should register, so I walked toward the man.

When he saw me walking toward him, he stood up and asked politely, Can I help you?

I responded, I want to apply visa to America. I showed my passport to him.

He had a look at my passport and told me, The visa office is outside of the US Embassy. You need go out, turn right, and walk about 50 meters.

When I was taking to the security guard, I heard those voices come from the room upstairs. They said, Why dont you come upstairs to get your Permanent
Resident card?

My brain could not move, but I knew my purpose today was to go to the US Embassy to apply for that visa.

I walked out of the USA Embassy and went to the visa office which was in the north part of the building. In the visa application office, an officer told me that
my Chinese passport would not allow me to apply for a visa in Hong Kong, and that I had to apply for a USA visa in Melbourne or China.

Later, I went to Thailand; I went to US Embassy again. They said they could not help.

In the following one month, I was kidnapped few times and even was jailed by some people for few days. Those people disappeared soon; the places where
they jailed me or where they sent me to, also could not be found again.

US Embassy in Hong Kong was the only place which was still there. A place where they had sent me to after they controlled me with mind control
weapons.

At Thailand, I sent a letter to USA president George W. Bush by carrier letter dated 22 Apr 2002, but I did not receive any reply. (Please see attached photo of
the receipts of carrier letter: EMS to USA (Bush))

In the coming years, I had written many letters to USA and complaint that I had been torturing and harassing by secret mind control weapons. I did not get
any reply.

I also worked with other victims together and started a worldwide campaign against Secret Mind Control Weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture
since 2007.

Because the government had covered such horrible crime for many years, and they did not help me when I called for help, I suffered the horrible abuses and
tortures and big losses in my life.

I was controlled by mind control technologies and sent to USA Embassy in HongKong. USA government must take the responsibility to investigate such
horrible crime. Because my human rights were violated within the jurisdiction of USA, even I was not a USA citizens, USA must compensate my losses.

I strongly urge US government to immediately investigate such horrible remote mind control weapons abuses and tortures.

I strongly urge US government to immediately stop the abuses and tortures of remote mind control weapons which I had been suffering for more than 10
years, and compensation for my losses caused by the abuses and tortures.

I have been inspiring the civil rights movements through my case in USA. Many victims and I have been working hard together to seek justice. We believe
the sense of justice is still rooted in many American's minds. We believe the power of good triumphs over the power of evil.

I have a dream, that I can find justice from USA.

Torturers have been cruelly torturing and harassing me with remote voice to skull (V2k) and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies (possibly
through satellite and other technologies) for more than ten years since December 2001.
Torturers used to control my brain with remote V2k and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and brought me inside USA Embassy in
Hongkong in April 2002.
As an innocent civilian who has been horribly persecuted, I urge USA government to investigate my case, and sentence torturers according to law.

I know for sure, because I am a direct witness, that at end-August/first-days-of-September 2002, the UK-USA, for a NATO operation of gang-stalking,
provided the Chinese Secret Police with devices for watching through walls. The Chinese used them in Chongqing [by the now

September 2002, with the PRC, for the utilization of those devices. UK-USA-PRC official agreements on common torture-gangstalking operations!!!
Instead, I have no experience on your field. I believe you all. States/governments are capable of whatever kind of terrorism.

Enough have been said on the evidence, the ways perps torture us, related books....What we really need is public inquiry into our cases. Class action
lawsuits? No. Not now. In addition, whom will class action lawsuits lay charge against? The governments? It is too too.... hard. But, a public inquiry is
not too too hard though. Pls watch my video on youtube. In the evidence list, you can find out how Mr. Attorney General of Canada, AI, Redress,
Human Rights Watch dealt with torture cases. In addition, you can find some famous lawyers' statements regarding the process of dealing with torture

Because they falsify your Interpol file. They invent criminal records you have not. They create it. They write that you are a very dangerous criminal
