Running Between Wickets

This document provides guidance on effective batting between the wickets in cricket. It emphasizes the importance of aggressive running to score runs and pressure the fielding team. Batters should work together as a pair to identify opportunities for runs by targeting gaps in the field and weaker fielders. They should always be looking to convert single runs into doubles and triples by running quickly between the wickets. The non-striker must be prepared to back up the striker by getting down the pitch as the ball is released and anticipating a run each ball. Good communication through loud and clear calling is essential to avoid run outs.
