Production of Sodium Sulphate From Sodium Chloride and Sulfuric Acid
Sodium sulfate can be produced from sodium chloride and sulfuric acid. Sodium chloride is reacted with concentrated sulfuric acid to produce sodium bisulfate and hydrochloric acid. The sodium bisulfate is then heated to remove water and produce anhydrous sodium sulfate.
