(WT) (SF) (WTC) : Culated Weight

This document provides calculations for the design of lifting lugs to support a total weight of 80,000 kg with a safety factor of 1.5. Key parameters calculated include maximum vertical and horizontal forces on each lug of 100,000 kg and 312,461 kg respectively. Dimensions are proposed for the lugs including a height of 150 mm and width of 250 mm. Stresses are calculated at various points on the lugs and compared to allowable values, though many return undefined values. References are provided for the guidelines and calculations.
