Dear SDCL,
On behalf of my organization, I wish to make a reservation TTL 2. My Organization is having a meeting with our
club members. The details of the meeting are as follows :
Date : Wednesday, 12 October 2016
Time: 8.00 pm 11.00 pm
Venue: TTL 2
The activity would involve a gathering of about 80 individuals of BENIX Club. The purpose of the meeting is to
introduce the highest committee of BENIX Club to the new members of the club. The meeting is also to brief the
club members about the activities that will be carried out throughout the semester.
We hope that our application will be approved in the near future. We would be very grateful for your approval.
