8. Sovereign Kingdom of the Cook Islands Passports
a) Consideration given to establishing Passports in conjunction with NZ,
Tahiti, Hawaii, USA
9. Review Manganese Nodules Valuation
a) Source an accredited internationally recognized valuation organization
o Obtain updated valuation of the Manganese Nodules Resource
b) Prepare relevant documents for potential Trades
10. Review Trade Opportunity of the Manganese Nodules Resource
a) Open communications with relevant trade executive management
personnel
b) Review opportunities to reacquaint with the procedural processes
required to actuate Trades
c) Review all aspects pertaining to guarantees and security of the
resource, and
d) Assurances of Cook Islands ownership throughout the duration of the
trade period
e) Acquisition of guaranteed assurances that the Manganese Nodules
Resource remain untouched on the ocean floor
11. Establishment of Cook Islands Sovereign Bank
a) Consideration given to converting the Bank of the Cook Islands (BCI) to
a Cook Islands Central (Federal Bank) or Cook Islands Sovereign Bank
b) Convert top floor (3rd floor) of the BCI to establish a Trading Floor with
white collar status
c) Installation of normal banking services to both the public & business
d) Beneficiary account establishment for Cook Islands Maori families
living in the Cook Islands

12. Establishment of a Fort Knox facility to hold Cook Islands Securities
a) consideration given to the establishment of a Fort Knox facility to hold
the securities of the Cook Islands Sovereign Bank (CISB)
b) consideration given to the acquisition of precious metals, (eg. USD $35 Billion invested in gold, platinum)
- all precious metals to be stored in Vaults set inside the
Maunga (approval granted from Arikis) to hold precious metals
- armed guards (Armed Police) to provide 24hr security
- 24 hrs high tech surveillance cameras for additional security

c) the Fort Knox precious metals facility provides for ongoing economic

crisis, wars and instabilities around the world

a) Consideration given to the establishment of:
o Airforce, Navy, and Army,
o for Border Control and Security of the Sovereign Kingdom of the
Cook Islands
b) Provision for employment
o Provide career choices to motivate young people to excel
academically for careers at home in the Cook Islands
14. Health & Hospitals
a) Consideration given to upgrading all hospitals throughout the Cook
Islands
o Patient care and bedding
o Needed infrastructure and facilities
b) Staffing and specialist personnel
c) Review wages & salaries
d) Improved specialist care
15. Telecommunications & Internet Services
a) Consideration given to the buyout of Telecom NZ share of Telecom
Cook Islands
b) Immediate update of internet speeds to enable real-time access
o Provision for immediate update to fibre-optic cable being laid to
enable increased accessibility and response
o A necessity given the CISB trading floor requirement to trade on
international markets online
c) Immediate relief for telephone customers both with landline and
mobiles services with cheaper accessibility
d) Deregulate the market to enable increased competition
16. Education
a) Review wages & salaries for all teachers
b) Provide incentives for students to advance individual pursuits to
acquire further knowledge and academic excellence
c) Ensure all schools and high schools are fully equipped to provide all
students with the necessary resources to enable them to excel in their
chosen fields of study
d) Ensure all school have up-to-date computers and internet access to
improve their abilities to achieve academic excellence
