2) Monitor - panel (2)

When key switch On, all indicator lights turn on for 2 sec with buzzer for checking monitor indicator lights.
(Except turn signal, high beam light, electrical steering, EMG steering and working light)

1. Machine traveling speed & Engine RPM.

Display machine traveling speed and engine RPM.

2. Hour meter.

Display working hour with key on position.


Blink every 4 sec.

2) Monitor - gauge (2)


1. Fuel level gauge
Display fuel level.
Green area : Normal level condition.
Red area : Need fuel. (DL400 : Remaining fuel is around 90L)

2. Engine coolant temperature gauge.


Display engine coolant temperature.
Blue area : Low coolant temperature condition.
Green area : Normal coolant temperature condition.
Red area : Overheat condition (No buzzer & engine power is
drop)
When red area (over 105), dont machine working with engine
idling and wait for dropping coolant temp.

1. Transmission oil temperature gauge
Display transmission oil temperature level.
Green area : Normal oil temperature condition.
Red area : Overheat oil condition
(No Buzzer & Traveling will be limp home and display error code)
When red area (over 110), Do not machine working with
engine idling and wait for dropping oil temp.
2. Transmission condition display panel.
Display traveling status and transmission error code.

1. Turn signal / Hazard light.
Display turn or hazard light working condition.

2. Transmission condition display panel.


Display high beam light or working light working condition.

1. Preheating light.
Display preheat working condition.
- When heater is working (key on position) , light turns on.
* Do not start engine, when light tours on position.
* Heating time depends on coolant temperature.

2. Mirror heating light.


Display mirror heating condition.
- Max. heating time is 20 minutes.

1. Reverse fan.
Display fan reversing condition.
(max. reversing time is for 5 minutes)
- Revering cooling fan.
Step 1 Stop engine.
Step 2 Key on.
Step 3 Press down reverse fan switch.
Step 4 Engine start.
2. Check engine light. (Cummins engine only)

Engine needs maintenance or service required.


(Inform to operator change filter or oil)

1. F/R Selector light. (Option)
Turns it on when operator press F/R select switch.
- This function is for forwarding and reversing machine by F/R
switch without any F/R lever movement.

2. Electrical steering. (Option)


Turns it on when operator want electrical steering

1. Battery charging light.
Turns it on when charging system has problem.

2. Parking brake.
Display machine parking condition.
If operator selects forward or reverse machine traveling under
parking engage, the buzzer is ringing.

1. Brake system pressure.
Turn it on when brake system pressure is drop to low pressure.
- When light on, stop engine and check brake system.
- Do not traveling, until turn it off after start engine

2. Air cleaner.
Turn it on, the air cleaner is clogged.

1. Engine warning. (Yellow).
Turn it on, when slight engine trouble has occurred (Cummins).
Turn it on, when serious engine trouble has occurred (Doosan).
Blinking for error code

Turn it on, when serious engine trouble has occurred.
Blinking for error code

(Connect battery power to Ele. Components / preheating
: Starting engine
( Do not start engine during preheat light is on )

2. Auto. shifting select switch.


MAN : Manual gear shifting by operator.
1-4 : Auto. Gear shifting
(Machine will start at 1st gear under traveling load or press
down shift switch)
2-4 : Auto. Gear shifting
(Machine starts at 2nd gear but if operator presses
the down shift switch machine will start at 1st gear)
* Machine traveling will start under 2nd gear
position, when auto mode

Front working light on the top of cabin turns on.

2. Rear working light switch.


O : Off
I : Turn on rear working lights on radiator cover.
II : Turn on rear working light on the top of cabin and radiator
cover.

O : Off
I : Inject washer liquid.
II : Working for rear window shield wiper.

2. Pilot cut-off switch.


O : Off
I : Cut off pilot system.

O : Release parking brake.
I : Apply parking brake.

2. Transmission cut-off switch.


O : Off
(Engine power is always connected to transmission
while braking)
I : Working for transmission cut-off.
(Engine power is not connected to transmission while
braking)
Transmission cut-off function is allowed under forward &
reverse 1st /2nd gear shift only. Not working on 3rd & 4th gear.

O : Off.
I : Heat rear view mirror.
(Max. heating time is 20 minutes)

2. Reverse fan switch.


O : Off (Blow air out direction)
I : Reversing cooling fan (Blow air in direction)
Max. fan reversing time is for 5 min.
- Revering cooling fan.
Step 1 Stop engine.
Step 2 Key on.
Step 3 Press down reverse fan switch.
Step 4 Engine start.

1. Engine diagnosis switch.
O : Off.
I : Engine trouble diagnosis
(Engine trouble code is displayed by engine warning or engine
stop light)

If engine warning light or engine stop light turns on or blinking, trouble code has been occurred.
Diagnosis engine trouble code.
Step 1 Stop engine.
Step 2 Key on.
Step 3 Press diagnosis switch.
Error code is displayed through warning light or engine stop light.
Example : (Cummins - Code 423)

1. Engine idling switch. (Cummins engine only)
O : Off.
I : Increase engine idling RPM.
II : Decrease engine idling RPM.
Idling RPM adjust range is 700 ~ 1,100 and RPM adjustment
step is 25 RPM.

2. Emergency steering check switch. (Option)


O : Off (Blow air out direction)
I : Checking for emergency steering system.

I : Working position.

* Detent function.
When operator working for loader arm up or
down, joystick lever is locked up for operating
convenience.

If loader arm is approached near ground (bucket digging


position), joystick detent function for arm down is released
automatically

O : Off.
I : Working LIS anytime.
II : Working LIS below condition only.
Forward traveling (On : Over 6 Km/h, Off : Below 4Km/h)
Reverse traveling (On : Over 4 Km/h, Off : Below 2Km/h)

2. Seat warmer switch. (Option)


O : Off
I : Seat warmer working.

If fuel temperature is over then 5 , the heater is not working.

F & R switch

The switch makes machine traveling be ready for forward or


reverse traveling by F&R switch.
In order to travel with F&R switch, operator must press F&R
select switch to ready for traveling by F&R switch.
Machine forward & reverse traveling is selected by F&R switch.
