CAR WRAP REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT


THIS CAR WRAP AD AGREEMENT (the Agreement") is made as of the _____ Day of
_______2016 ,by and between Kelloggs and __________________________
being the (the "Agent/Representative") located at __________________________
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Appointment as exclusive agent. The company appoints the Agent as it's exclusive
Representative on a designated basis to advertise for the company by means of a Car wrap for
Kelloggs (the "Products")
2. Weekly salary of $300 will be paid for the duration of the car wrap Ad.
3. You will receive your paycheck from our financier, which will be used to pay the graphic artist
that will wrap the decal on your vehicle. Also, your first week pay will be included in the
Paycheck that will be made out to you, that way; financier will be not be mailing checks
twice in a week. When you are in receipt of the check, you are to deposit it at your bank, subtract
$300 from the total amount on the check being your first week pay and the extra monies will be
remitted to the Graphic Artist who will install/uninstall the car wrap as at when due.
4. Kindly confirm your vehicle information below:

Note: Please confirm receipt of this agreement form and consent to the conditions
therein.
