The college is located outside of Jhelum and officers and staff from other colleges face difficulties finding boarding and lodging when visiting. Several residences on campus have been vacant for a long time and are unlikely to be allocated. Declaring one residence as a rest house would not interfere with housing allocation and would provide furnished accommodation for single staff members and guests of the college. Approval is requested to establish a well-furnished rest house to address these issues. An estimate for appliances and furniture will be submitted if approval is granted.

Sir,
Our college is situated outskirts of Jhelum and whenever some officers from other
tevta colleges and staff join us. They face hardship regarding boarding and lodging.
Many residences in colony are lying vacant for long period and furthermore no
chance of allotment of these residences are anticipated. Hence declaration of one
residence as a rest house will not create problem for administration regarding
allotment. Keeping in view, the problem of incumbent staff (singles) and our
respected guests (security guard course instructor) the need of furnished
accommodation is essential. It is therefore requested that approval for
establishment of well-furnished rest house for college may kindly be accorded.
Estimate for the purchase of essential appliances and furniture will be submitted
after accord of approval.
