OFFPIPE Sign Convention

The document compares the OFFPIPE and OSCAR sign conventions for describing barge motion. Both agree that heave is positive when the barge moves upward, sway is positive when it moves to starboard, and pitch is positive when the bow moves up. However, they differ in their definitions of surge, roll, and yaw.
