The franchise we offer is for a fitness center designed to operate with minimal overhead and labor
costs. We also offer the opportunity to open a more limited Anytime Fitness Express center.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Anytime Fitness center is between $41,074
and
$292,574. This includes an initial franchise fee of $14,999, as well as the cost of certain items that
most franchisees purchase from us or our affiliates before they begin operating, which items range
in cost from
$17,000 to $25,000. For an Anytime Fitness Express center, your initial investment should range
from
$30,074 to $216,474. This includes an initial franchise fee of $8,999, as well as the cost of certain
items that most franchisees purchase from us or our affiliates before they begin operating, which
items range in cost from $15,000 to $18,000.
This Disclosure Document summarizes certain provisions of our franchise agreement and

binding agreement with, or make any payment to, the Franchisor or an affiliate in connection with
