Process Manual For Employee
The objective of this document is to describe the process of the leave application in
employee perspective. The whole process for an employee to apply leave is
explained below:
Above screen will show the list of all Lieu days records of an individual employee.
By clicking upon insert new button user can insert new Lieu day record.
The screen of adding new Lieu day will be displayed as below:
If employee works on week day then employee will enter details and submit the
record.
And if employee works on public holiday then employee will check the is public
holiday checkbox and select holiday and give some remarks.
After final submission mail will be sent to supervisor, employee and HR. After
supervisor approval Lieu day balance will be updated for employee.
3. Leave application
This is the main screen from employee where he/she can apply for the leave. There
are various types of leaves as Annual Leave, Sick Leave Half pay, Sick Leave Full
pay, unpaid leave, Hajj Leave, maternity leave and Lieu day. Employee can apply 5
types of leaves in a single record.
Screen Specifications:
The user will select leave type (annual leave, sick leave, Un-paid leave, maternity
leave etc.) and selects from date and to date.
If leave type is annual then user should have to select Flight type and Advanced
Salary request. And if flight type is Company to book the flight or Flight
Encashment then Travel fields are mandatory except travel comment.
Once the other necessary information inserted then user is ready to save or submit
the record.
There are two button here,
If user clicking on save button then record will be saved but not submitted to
Manager. So user can edit this type of records.
If user clicking on Submit for approval then leave submitted to manager for
approval and hence user cannot edit such record once it is sent to approval.
Absence Summary
In this screen, Employee will get all the details like personal, travel details, current
leaves details, and history leave details etc.
