Job Responsibilities:
Issue of Offer cum Contract letters
Make sure all Joining formalities are properly completed by all new joiners across all levels
Maintenance of Personnel files, accurate employee database
Providing inputs for payroll on a timely basis
Issue of Confirmation, Contract Renewal, Relieving and other general letters to employees
Handling all employee queries related to HR, payroll, etc.
Documentation of various correspondence, MIS Reports regarding HR on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Assist in PMS activities like follow up with employees on goal sheets, appraisal forms and concerned
officials for ratings.
Coordination with different departments for coordination and smooth functioning of HR operations
Attendance & Leave Management, HRIS modules
Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement
Assist in all HR activities as and when required.

13. Responsible for handling all the Exit formalities including full and final settlement of the left
employees.
14. Candidate should have strong penetration in PF, ESIC operations and statutory.
Desired Candidate
1. Candidate Must have an understanding of the HR Process from the Entry to the Exit Formalities.
2. Should have pleasing personality with Good Communication.
3. MBA In HR a with Minimum 5 Years of Experience.
