The training center declares that it meets or will meet the 4 star grade standards by the specified dates according to NSDC's accreditation metrics. If a third party inspection finds discrepancies or that it does not meet the 4 star standards, NSDC has the right to revoke the center's targets. Sub: Declaration of Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

I hereby declare that the Training Centre (Centre ID: ______, Address
:________________________________________) is meeting at least 4 Star Grade or likely to
meet 4 Star Grade by the end of September 2016 or first week of October 2016 as per the
Accreditation Standards Grading Metrics formulated by NSDC.
I am aware that the Third party Inspection agency shall visit the above mentioned Centre and in
case discrepancies are observed during the inspection or if it is found that the Centre does not
meet atleast 4 Star Grade , NSDC shall have all rights to revoke the target allocated to the
Training Center.
I further certify that I am an authorized signatory of my organization and am, therefore,
competent to make this declaration.
