1. Buyer issues an official ICPO with full buyer banking details & buyer company registration certificate.
2. Seller issue commercial invoice for buyer to counter sign, buyer returns the CI with signed TSA from a reputable tank farm company.
3. Seller issues the following POP documents to buyers:
Freight Cargo Manifest
Ocean Bill of Lading
Certificate of Origin
Certificate of Quality
Notice of Readiness
4. Upon successful verification of POP documents, buyer submits TSR to seller for confirmation and injection arrangements.
5. After completion of the injection into buyer designated ex-shore tanks.
6. Refinery issues DTA to buyer & Buyer conducts SGS test at buyers expense.
7. Upon successful SGS result, payment is made within 24-48 hours by MT103.
8. Refinery transfers Title & all Export Documents to buyer.
9. Final Contract is issued and shipment continues for the duration of the signed contract with DLC.
