Menanggapi Surat Konfirmasi Hasil Pemeriksaan Lapangan Nomor : 2016, Tanggal : 29
April 2016, Bersama ini kami mengharapkan Pihak Kontraktor Pelaksana dapat
melengkapi kekurangan Administrasi untuk Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pembangunan Stadion
Alap Alap. Adapun kelengkapan yang harus dilengkapi dan perbaiki sebagai berikut :
1. Diperlukan test simulasi mesin pompa air dalam kondisi air maksimum (Banjir).
2. Dokumentasi terukur cerucuk galam perlu ditambah.
3. Dokumentasi terukur begesting perlu ditambah.
4. Pasangan lampu 18 watt pada rumah genset kurang 2 buah.
5. Pada Backup volume galian perlu diperbaiki.
6. Cat dinding parafet perlu perapian.
7. Finishing pagar/relling diperbaiki.
8. Cor pada kanopi rumah genset perlu perapian.
9. Timbunan pada taman rumah pompa perlu perbaikan.
10. Segera diupayakan agar tidak terjadi genangan air pasca hujan di jalan Sentosa.

Demikian Surat ini dibuat, untuk dapat dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya.
