METHOD STATEMENT FOR CABLE TRAY RIVER CROSSING

1. GENERAL

River crossing work procedure of building for Gorontalo Solar Power


Plant is to demonstrate the process of making bridge for cable tray.
2. Equipment
- Diesel Pile Hammer
- Crane Truck
- Theodolite
- Survey Equipment
- Automatic Level
3. Bridge Construction Sequence
Foundation are required for abutments. Foundations can be either
concrete pad pile.
1. Instal Pile Foundation
2. Pad footings are generally constructed as follows:

excavation to a depth of approximately 2.5 metres below


formation level

laying a concrete layer

fabricating cages of steel reinforcement, which is done on site,


with bars protruding vertically to required level

Placing formwork for the foundation slab.

Transporting concrete to the site and pouring and compacting


the concrete, by vibration to required level

Leaving the concrete for a period of time to enable it to cure


before stripping the formwork to from foundation base

3. Supper Structure Placement


Roller launch method. The bridge is constructed in situ and then
jacked across the span using rollers and cantilever technique.
