The Tutor:

cancellations. The tutor informs me in advance of absences or leaves a message / e-mail for me.
_____ arrives and leaves on time each day based on my buildings distance from the high school. Times listed
include travel to and from the high school.

badge at all time in your building. The tutor does not have a cell phone with them.
_____ sets a positive example by following all the rules of my classroom, building, and the tutoring program.
_____ is on task and makes the good use of his/her time. The tutor is helpful during class and not a distraction to my
students or a hindrance to me.
_____ needs little direction from day to day regarding his/her duties. The tutor is creative, thinks of new ways to
help my students learn, and shows a willingness to work on ideas / approaches outside of the class.
_____ has good follow-through skills and reports their progress to me regularly. The tutor is not afraid to ask for
