Cotton Trade

The document discusses patterns involving the trine aspect in astrological charts. It analyzes the high and low points for cotton prices in 1952-1953, noting that Jupiter was involved in both through different trine configurations. It then examines the 1953 low and 1954 high for coffee prices, finding that the low involved a Moon trine Pluto with Sun conjunct Neptune at the midpoint, while the high featured a grand trine between Pluto, Mars and Venus with Pluto at the midpoint of a Jupiter/Neptune trine.

Cotton top in 1952 and the low in 1953.

By now you will be able to see the basic pattern of aspects involving the trine. One or more
of the planets that are involved in the first part of the move (in this case the high) will be
involved in the low.
When Cotton made its high on September 8, 1952 the trine was Jupiter/Sun with Jupiter
conjunct Moon.
At the low on January 12, 1953 Jupiter was trine Mercury with a conjunction of Venus and
Mars at the midpoint.

Comparison of the Coffee low in 1953 and the high in 1954

As usual look for the trine at the first point, the low in I 953. ln this case Moon trine Pluto.
At the midpoint is a Sun conjunct Neptune 3*. Neptune is exactly at the midpoint of the
trine and the moon is also making an exact square with Venus so we have again the triangle
and the square. Pluto is the major planet in the trine. Notice that the high on 2 April 1954
once again involved Pluto but in a grand trine of Pluto/Mars/Venus. At the high Pluto is
also in perfect balance at the midpoint of a Jupiter/Neptune trine.
