The aim of the course:

This course provides a methodical and practical understanding of the


Communication Process and Dynamics of Communication in business
settings. It emphasizes upon written as well as oral communication, specially
with help of electronic device. The course is so designed to help the students
in learning the techniques and acquiring the skills needed to communicate
effectively in work place and in business. Various techniques of effective
communication through business letters, tools and other media form and
integral part of the course.
Teaching Methodology:

Lecture will be the main method of teaching. Use of visual aid like
multimedia, will make lecture presentations effective and interesting.
The techniques of experiential learning like classroom exercises, group
discussion, oral presentations, role playing, etc. will be used to enhance
students participation.
Assignments and case studies will help the students to solve real-life
problems, and develop insights into applied organizational approaches.
