Plastic bags in which a diameter is 5 inches or greater (when
formed into a circle) used as packaging or packaging article shall
contain a warning statement similar to below on both sides of
each bag in English:
WARNING: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this bag away
from babies and children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or
playpens. This bag is not a toy.
If the total length and width of the bag is more than 40 inches,
the warning shall be repeated at 20 inches intervals.
Except laundry bag, the font size of the warning must adhere to
the chart listed below:
