What is HTML ?

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is the set of markup symbols or codes

inserted in a file intended for display on a World Wide Web browser page. The
markup tells the Web browser how to display a Web page's words and images
for the user. Each individual markup code is referred to as an element (but
many people also refer to it as a tag). Some elements come in pairs that
indicate when some display effect is to begin and when it is to end.

What is the acronyms of HTML ?

The language is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of tags enclosed in angle
brackets (like <html> ). Browsers do not display the HTML tags and scripts, but use them to
interpret the content of the page.
HTML can embed scripts written in languages such as JavaScript which affect the behavior of HTML
web pages. Web browsers can also refer to Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to define the look and
layout of text and other material. The World Wide Web Consortium(W3C), maintainer of both the
HTML and the CSS standards, has encouraged the use of CSS over explicit presentational HTML
since 1997.[2]

WHAT IS PEOPLEWARE ?
Peopleware is a term used to refer to one of the three core aspects of computer technology, the
other two being hardware and software. Peopleware can refer to anything that has to do with the role

of people in the development or use of computer software and hardware systems, including such
issues as developer productivity, teamwork, group dynamics, the psychology of programming,
project management, organizational factors, human interface design, and human-machineinteraction.
