Abstract
Budget airfares are common now, but undeniably, travelling via ferries is still a
popular choice among local tourist because of its inexpensiveness and the adventure it
offers. Our current ferry system right now can accommodate the demands in terms of
passenger and cargo volume, the problem lies with the lack of support facilities,
problems such as overcrowding in terminals, handling and safekeeping of cargoes are
common.
Part of a developing City is its need for the establishment of commercial
districts, strategic planning of sustainable facilities and promotion of tourist
destinations. Considering that progress in the City is already in place, sustainability
and innovation must be composed and practiced through the adaptation of related
architectural solutions that utilize the progress of a redevelopment project. The
proposed ferry terminal of the town is located in its capital where business and
economic progress are on its peak and the enhancement of tourist facilities exists
which definitely connects and influence peoples way of living.
