discovery, evidence, and disposition of cases. Research various legal issues
including exclusion of evidence, dismissal of claims and insurance coverage
and draft memoranda to the Court regarding these issues. Participate in
administrative hearings such as gun permit appeals, wage and hour appeals,
and prerogative writ hearings. Observe and prepare written opinions ruling
on bench trials dealing with such issues as breach of employment contracts,
CEPA, LAD and constructive tenancy. Completed Court certified mediation
training. Mediate small claims and landlord-tenant disputes in the Special
