UG & PG Programme
The Institute offers the following honours courses at the undergraduate level and
some Post Graduate courses also. The duration of each UG programme is of 06 semesters
and PG programme is of 04 semesters. Each academic session is divided into 2 semesters.
The applicant may opt for any one of the honours subjects and in addition has to select any
one of the subsidiary subjects in the scheme mentioned below for UG Programme. The
Foundation Course is compulsory for all students at undergraduate level comrprising of three
components viz. General English, General Hindi & General Awareness.

* These courses are proposed from the Academic Session 2014-15.
For a course to be functional total number of 05 students at PG level &10 students at
UG level is required.
M.Phil courses would be of 3 semester duration as per UGC revised regulation.
Students will not be allowed to change their subject options after 15th July 2014
On the job training of 60 days are mandatory for students of Food Sc &Quality Control
in Summer &Winter semester breaks.Fee for the same would be determined by the
concerned firm.
