yes , I've ever failed because my mistakes. I should regret our mistakes and learn from them, but never carry them forward into the future.

to be a leader is not a easy way. Because it needed hardwork and time management. To manage any people, I usually start from my self to be a better
man. We can't change somebody if ourself can't changed. I start to dicipline of time, hardwork, and pray. What ever the result , let God give the best for
