DENR-ECC (IEE or EIS is mandatory for projects costing P150M and above)
CAAP (ATO) Height Clearance (for cell sites, towers, spires & antennas)
DOH-BHDT (Radiation Clearance for telecom/cell site projects)
QC Subdivision Admininistration Office (if townhouses or subdivisions)
Bldg. Permit, Certificate of Occupancy & Plans of existing buildings shown in the Vicinity
Map (if project is for renovation / for addition or for extension)
Contractor's / City Tax (pre-requisite for fast track applications)
Others
Technical Documents (application forms must be *duly accomplished, signed &
sealed *by the professionals & signed **by the owner/s)

2 Architectural - 1 set must be stamped "GRANTED" by the City Planning & Development Office
