Goals : This course will help students understand linkages between merger/acquisition
imperatives, the resultant integration strategy and HR integration process. Learning will be
facilitated by using both- existing theories and distinctive examples of global and Indian
mergers/acquisitions.
Objectives:
To understand the linkages between M&A strategy and HR Integration
To identify cultural and people related challenges in M&A
To develop ability to analyze and use multiple interventions to integrate people and
people-related policies and practices
Evaluation Criteria:
