Sulfamylon cream: Another type of antibiotic cream used on the burned skin. This cream is sometimes painful when applied. Swan Ganz Catheter: A catheter placed through a large vein that floats into the lung and to the heart to give better information on the patient's internal fluid volume status and cardiac status. Transcyte: A synthetic biologic dressing that can be placed on the wound that has growth factors in it to help with wound healing. Xeroform: Petroleum-impregnated gauze, which is used to cover donor sites, and fresh grafts. Burn Depth: • First degree: Mild sunburn is an example of a first-degree burn. There is redness and localized pain. These burns involve the top layer of skin called the epidermis. This usually goes away in 24 hours. Superficial partial thickness (second degree) burn: Appears red, moist, blistered and is painful. These burns involve the epidermis and the layer below it called the dermis. They are painful because some nerve endings are exposed. They usually heal within 2-3 weeks. • Deep partial thickness burns: Appear as areas of pale pink or white sometimes with a mottled look from small blood vessels rupturing in that area. They can be painful depending on whether the nerve endings are intact and exposed. If the burn is deeper, the nerve endings may be destroyed making it a less painful burn. The length of time to heal varies and these burns many times require grafting. • Full thickness burns (third degree): Burns involving all layers of skin down to the fat. They may be white, red, brown or black in color. They are dry, leathery and relatively painless due to the damage to the sensory nerves in the skin. These burns usually require grafting. • Acetaminophen: A nonaspirin pain reliever or analgesic. • Antibiotic: A drug used to treat bacterial infections. Antibiotics have no effect on virus • Blister: A collection of fluid underneath the top layer of skin (epidermis). • Breathing: The process of respiration, during which air is inhaled into the lungs • Chest: The area of the body located between the neck and the abdomen. • Complication: In medicine, an unanticipated problem • Compress: Cloth or another material applied under pressure to an area of the skin • Debride: To remove dead, contaminated, or adherent tissue and/or foreign material. • Dermis: The lower or inner layer of the two main layers of cells that make up the skin. • Emergency department: The department of a hospital responsible for the provision of medical • Epidermis: The upper or outer layer of the two main layers of cells that make up the skin • Fever: Although a fever technically is any body temperature above the normal of 98.6 F • First degree burn: • Ibuprofen: A no steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is commonly used to treat pain Infection: The invasion and multiplication of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses Injury: Harm or hurt. Junior Software Engineers (0 to 1 Year of Experience)

SCOPE OF THE JOB


The junior software engineer will work as part of agile software development team responsible for
development of enterprise solutions of our international clients. Further responsibilities include
technical design, estimating, developing and working closely with local and foreign teams to ensure a
quality delivery, as well as introducing new ideas and contributing to continuous improvement of the
clients development approach. Junior engineers undergo an extensive training of 2 months before
joining an international development team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Code development using TDD approach
Responsible for working with the Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teams of the
clients to develop a solution to satisfy the business requirements
Responding to changing requirements
Collaborating on requirements and solutions with both local and foreign teams
Introducing new ideas and promoting new technologies & processes
Communicating progress with the rest of the team at different levels of the organization
