The LaVerne Meier School of Dance will hold its annual Holiday Show on December 18th at 7pm at the Ritenour Middle School gymnasium. Tickets will go on sale on November 30th for $5 in advance or $7 at the door. Costumes will be borrowed from the studio and should be returned after the break. Recital costume payments are due by December 3rd. The studio will also host its annual Holiday Party on December 4th from 6-8pm.

Holiday Show

Recital Costume Payments

Our annual Holiday Show will be held Friday, Dec. 18 at 7


p.m. in the Ritenour Middle School gymnasium. Performers
should be dropped off in the school cafeteria when the doors
open at 6:30 p.m. Parents can then find seats in the gym.
Tickets for the Holiday Show will go on sale at the front desk
on Monday, Nov. 30. Tickets are $5 per person in advance
and $7 per person at the door. Children ages 3 and under are
free. The cost of tickets goes toward rental of the location,
equipment, and other costs associated with the show.
Costumes for the show will be borrowed from the studio.
Your child will receive her costume in class the week before
the show. Please make sure your child has nude-colored
tights and a black tank leotard, as these may be used as part
of her costume. Costumes should be returned to the studio
the week classes resume after holiday break.

Recital costumes are expected to be paid in full by


Thursday, Dec. 3. Costumes that are not paid for
will NOT be ordered, and students without costumes
will NOT be permitted to perform in the recital.

Holiday Party
The studio will host its annual Holiday Party on
Friday, Dec. 4 from 6-8 p.m. in the upstairs
studio. Parents are invited to join us but are not
required to stay.
Games, crafts, snacks and dancing! will be
provided during the party. Please feel free to
bring a treat to share.

Warm-ups and Dance Bags


Orders for studio warm-ups and dance bags will be
placed before the holidays. If you would like to order
these items, place your order at the front desk by
November 19. Prices are as follows: $70 for a
personalized jacket, $30 for pants, and $20 for a
personalized dance bag.

Inclement Weather
With the winter season approaching, classes may be
canceled due to inclement weather. If it is
determined that weather conditions will make it
unsafe to hold classes, an e-mail will be sent to the
address you provided. Cancellation notices will also
be posted on our Facebook page.

Please review this list so you are aware whether your


child is performing in the show.

Tuition is due by the 10th of every month.


Any payments made after that date are
subject to late fees.
