VAK Checklist

This document contains a checklist to determine a learner's preferred learning style based on the VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) model. The checklist contains 32 statements across four categories - Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic-Emotional, and Kinesthetic-Motoric. Learners indicate which statements apply to them, then tally their responses in each category to determine their preference profile. This profile is then visualized using a grid to see which category had the most responses, indicating the learner's strongest learning style. The document notes that the actual numbers are less important than the relative differences between categories in determining a learner's style.

Points to remember:
The actual number in each of the modalities is not important
it is the relation between the points that indicates learning
style. Therefore, a significantly higher number in one area will
indicate strength in that area, as compared to another area
with a lower number of points.
