STARTERS: SPEAKING GUIDANCE


Part 1 - (1 point)
Show the child the scene card. Then ask questions about the
position of objects in the picture: Where are the trees?
Give the child some time to think and point at the object.
Part 2 - (2 points)
Ask the child to identify the object in the small cards. Then ask
them to put 03 small object cards on the large picture one at
a time.
The child should put the small cards on the big picture in the
right place to earn 1 point.
Part 3 - (3 points)
Ask questions about the picture, using simple questions asking
about colours, numbers, ... For example, point at the house
and ask What is this?, the child should answer This is a
house. Then continue with What colour is it?, How many
houses are there?
Part 3 - (3 points)
Ask questions about the small object cards. For example,
point at the picture of the doll and ask Do you like playing
with dolls?, Have you got a doll?
Part 5 - (1 point)
The child answers 03 questions about themselves. For
example, the examiner can ask How old are you?, Do you
play with your friends at school? ...
