Main Class Schedule

This schedule outlines the group exercise classes offered each day of the week at a gym. On Mondays there are classes in PIYO strength, Zumba gold, dance and yoga stretching, and strength, core and more from 9-11am and again from 4:45-7:20pm. Tuesdays have similar morning classes plus spin from 12:15-1pm and Turbo kick and yoga in the evenings. Wednesday classes include PIYO, Zumba, dance and yoga, strength and more, plus several Silver Sneakers classes throughout the day.
