Inequality in The Workplace

The document discusses gender inequality in the workplace and the concept of "bullshit" as defined by philosopher Harry Frankfurt. It summarizes two articles that provide arguments for the gender pay gap that are portrayed as indifferent to truth or "bullshit". The document argues that justifications like women naturally accepting lower wages ignore the truth that gender discrimination, not personality traits, underlie the pay disparity. Employers know women are equally valuable but pay them less, showing an indifference to the facts.
