The Multi-purpose room is reserved during the group exercise class times listed above.

Workout 101: If you are new to the gym or just need a refresher on how to get the most out
of your workout. A staff member will explain different exercise programs, introduce
equipment, and discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength,
balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension
Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body
weight to complete 100s of exercises.

RIPPED: Experience this total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing
resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power,
Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain
your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Zumba: (Wednesday) an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various
styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Zumba Toning: (Monday) Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on
toning and sculpting to define those muscles! How It Works- The challenge of adding
resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle
groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Benefits-Lightweight maraca-like Toning
Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms,
core and lower body. Instructors: Jerae

Zumba Basics: (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) an aerobic fitness program featuring
movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to
Latin American dance music. This class will be for those who are new to Zumba and want a
little more time to learn the moves.

Yoga: (For all fitness and experience levels) an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of
development for the body, mind, and spirit. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and
flexible; it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and
hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.
Instructor: Christina

Boot Camp: Instructed by certified personal trainers, this intense program blends group
exercise with outside drills to develop total body strength and endurance. This is a fun, team
building program that will challenge you. Additional fee & registration.
