HOW TO GET THERE
By plane, train or car… even by boat! You can get to Barcelona by any means of transport. Here’s some
information about all the available options to help you decide which type of transport suits you best.
By plane
There are three airports in the surroundings of the city. The official airport in Barcelona is El Prat airport,
that concentrates the majority of the air traffic. Girona airport (at nearly 100 km from Barcelona) and
Reus (at nearly 105 Km from Barcelona) are especialized in low fare lines.

If there is no direct fly from you city, you could arrive at Barajas Airport (Madrid)
And then take a nacional flat to Barcelona or use the higth-speed train AVE.
By train
Railroads
Barcelona has the high-speed train that runs to Madrid and direct railway links with a number of
important cities, including Paris, Zurich and Milan, and, southern and eastern Spain. The city’s major
railway stations and metropolitan rail network ensure you can travel to Barcelona and anywhere by train
without any difficulties.

Barcelona Sants Station is the city’s main railway station and most trains departing and arriving in
Barcelona stop here. The station is the terminus for the High-Speed Train and many Spanish and foreign
destinations, suburban rail and trains to Barcelona Airport.
The França Station building dates back to 1929 and is one of the most important examples of Spain’s iron
architecture. Two parts of Barcelona’s França Station are of relevance: the large lobby covered by three
vaults and the huge metal naves that cover the platforms. International and regional trains, as well as
trains to Barcelona Airport, depart from this station.
Passeig de Gràcia Station is in the the city center, and here arrive trains from the airport between others.
By sea
Sea terminals
Barcelona harbour is an important departure and arriving place of mediterranian cruises and has seven sea
terminals that are now at use: five for cruises, one for ferrys and an assistant and provisional terminal.
Ferrys (suitable for goods and travellers) have direct connection with Gènova, Rome, Alger-Orà, Palma
de Mallorca, Eivissa and Mahó.
GETTING AROUND BARCELONA
To be orientated in Barcelona you should fix Catalonia Square as reference point and this tree Streets:
Diagonal Avenue connecting the Venue with the Forum area; Passeig de Gràcia connecting Diagonal
Avenue whit the Catalonia Square; and the Rambla connecting Catalonia Square with Columbus Statue
in front of the Mediterranean Sea. Transport options are multiple.

The venue will be AXA Auditorium with capability for more than 600 attendants. Side by side is the
