Question Paper: Ee2207 Electron Drvices and Circuits Laboratory

This document outlines 15 experiments to be performed in an Electronics Drives and Circuits Laboratory course. The experiments include obtaining characteristics of diodes, zener diodes, bipolar junction transistors, DIACs, JFETs, UJT, SCR, TRIACs, photodiodes, and thermistors. Additional experiments include constructing full wave and half wave rectifiers, and measuring the frequency response of series resonant, parallel resonant, low pass, and high pass filters. Students will analyze the results of each experiment to determine values like static and dynamic resistance, cut-in and zener voltages, hybrid parameters, and bandwidth and cut-off frequencies.
