This research framework aims to explore attitudes towards rape culture and victim blaming among male college students ages 20-25 in University Sains Malaysia. The objectives are to examine bystander attitudes and their relationship with rape myths, change perceptions of rape culture and victim blaming, and develop an awareness campaign. A survey questionnaire will be administered and descriptive analysis conducted. The literature review examines theories of challenging rape culture. The research gaps are determining factors influencing victim blaming, understanding of rape culture, and the relationship between rape myths and acceptance. The problem statement focuses on victim blaming attitudes, examining rape myth acceptance, and creating awareness of rape culture.
