The Cement industry in ndia is now demanding to further automise the packing and loading in the cement
plant. Following this popular demand, has decided to develop an Automatic Bag Placer suitable
for HDPE, PP as well as Paper bags. This development has been done with our collaborator M/s Cataneo
TM
R.C., taly. The BAGPACK has a capacity of 2400 Bags/ Hr., which is in line with the capacity of our
Packingmachine.
This Bag placer can also be supplied with different magazines to suit the layout of existing packing plant to be
suppliedtoclients havingspaceconstraints, whoalsowishtoautomisetheir packingplant operation.
The Bag Placer has been developed to increase the packing plant operation and it has been possible to

ENEXCOS Automatic Truck Loading Machine are manufactured with the concept of three dimensionally
adjustable bag loading machine with telescopic head for loading in trucks and trailers, whi has a German
patent issued to Beumer Group several decades ago. The fully automated truck loading with electro
mechanically operatingsystemensures smoothandenergy efficient andmaintenancefreeloadingsystem.
The truck loader model Autopac 2400 has a capacity of 2400 bags /Hr with continuous operation. Autopac
2400 is capable of complete stacking of 10 bags one above other with a maximumheight of loading limited to
500 mm below free profile. The required inner width of the truck/trailer platform can be calculated
considering the stacking head plus at least 50 mmof free space (manoeuvering space) on each side. Since
the width of the stacking head corresponds to the theoretical dimensions of the loadedpallet (layer of 2x5=10
bags, 3 cross wise, 2 lengthwise) with full bag dimensions of approx 400x600 mm about the width of the
stackingheadwouldbe2000mm, it wouldrequireaninner truck widthof at least 2100mm.
