The general objective of the SICURA network and
the Food Safety Working Group linked to CIGR
Section VI is to gather researchers specialised in
all the fields related to Food Safety, aiming at
presenting new achievements and trends in the
Area.
The goal of the Second SICURA-FSWG
workshop is to discuss the hot Food Safety issues
of the day and to provide arena for the
collaboration of the international stakeholders
such as governments, academia and food industry
to work together on improving food safety through
different learning and dissemination routes.
