Attribute Gage R&R

This document is an attribute gage reliability and repeatability (Gage R&R) study report that contains: 1) Data from three operators making multiple measurements of 100 samples to determine attribute accuracy and consistency. 2) Charts and calculations showing the percentage of matches between operators and the known values, as well as accuracy levels. 3) Statistics on the reliability of the measurement process and each operator's accuracy and consistency based on the sample data. The report provides analysis of measurement accuracy and reliability to determine if the gage and operator variation is acceptable for the inspection process.
