SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited, from the Punjab Domiciled Pakistanis, for the following posts on Regular (BPS)/
Contract basis:-


1. DIRECTOR, QUALITY ENHANCEMENT CELL (BS-20):

Ph.D in any relevant discipline from a recognized University/institution of Higher Education.
The candidate with University level Educational and Administrative background must have clear vision
and depth of knowledge in the field of quality Assurance and Higher Education (These qualities will be
judged by a power point presentation by all short listed candidates).
The candidate must have experience of minimum five years out of which minimum two years should be
in the relevant field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Strong analytical and writing skills are
prerequisite for this vacancy.
2. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, QUALITY ENHANCEMENT CELL (BS-18):

MBA/M.Sc. (Statistics/ M.Sc. Engg/ M.Sc. TQM) with 7 years experience in relevant field in BS-17 or
equivalent & above
3. MEDICAL OFFICER (BS-17):

M.B.B.S or equivalent qualification from a recognized medical institution with 6 months house job in
medicines and 6 months house job in Surgery.
Two years post house job experience is desired. However, preference will be given to candidates having more
experience.
4. ASSISTANT COMPUTING OFFICER (BS-17):

16 years degree in Computer Sciences (MCS/MSC.CS/B.Sc. (CS)) in 1
st
Division/CGPA 3.0 or above from
any HEC recognized University with 2 years post qualification relevant experience.
5. LIBRARY ASSISTANT (BS-16):

Bachelors Degrees from recognized University with diploma in Library Sciences
6. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (BS-16):

Graduate of a recognized University with 10 years office experience.
7. DATA ANAYLIST QUALITY ENHANCEMENT CELL (BS-16):

16 years education in Computer Science (Ist Division/CGPA 3.0 and above) from HEC recognized University
with 2 years relevant experience.

GENERAL INFORMATION.
i. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council/PCATP as Professional Engineer/Town Planer, in case of
Engineering/Architecture/CRP disciplines respectively, is mandatory.
ii. AGE LIMIT (relaxable in suitable cases): Post at Sr. No. 1: 4045 Years; Post at Sr. No. 2: 2545 Years;
Post from Sr. No. 3 to 6: 2145 Years.
iii. The Selection Board/Selection Committee will consider all applications received and when necessary interview such
candidates as it considers prime-facie most suitable for appointment. Selection Boards decision in this regard shall be final.
iv. Incomplete or applications received after the due date shall not be considered.
v. No T.A./D.A. will be paid for the interview.
vi. Only short listed candidates will be called for interviews.

2. Fill out the relevant fields of online application.
3. Upload passport size scanned photograph.
4. Print the application duly completed in all respect and sign it.
5. Attach bank draft/postal order amounting to Rs. 60/- (for BS-16, BS-17 & BS-18) and Rs. 110/- (for BS-20) and other
required documents with the printout of application.
6. Submit the complete set of applications and said documents to Registrar on or before 22.07.2014.
