    THIS COURT in recognition of the Defendants being served the Complaint with a 20 Day Summons July
    16,2014 now recognizes this DEFAULT and ORDER OF JUDGEMENT.

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE COURT:
    1. The Democratic National Committee as the Democratic National Party through its leaders and
    boards and trustees under corporation is charged with compensatory damages to the Campaign
    of Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy in the amount of twenty million U.S. dollars
    $20,000,000.00 and fifty million U.S. dollars, $50,000,000.00, as a violation of statute associated
    with a violation of the Sherman/and applicable /Clayton Acts of Congress.

    2. The Corporation Organization For America and comporting affiliate leaders and boards and
    trustees under corporation is charged with compensatory damages to the Campaign of
    Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy in the amount of twenty million U.S. dollars
    $20,000,000.00 and fifty million U.S. dollars, $50,000,000.00, as a violation of statute associated
    with a violation of the Sherman/and applicable /Clayton Acts of Congress.

    3. Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro as his person is charged punitively in personal
    damages to Cody Robert Judy one million U.S. dollars, $1,000,000.00.

    4. The U.S. District Attorney General for Utah and its Marshalls are charged with advising the Court
    of the criminal elements of this case within 30 Days, and delivering this DEFAULT ORDER OF
    JUDGEMENT.

    5. Any and all other damages the Court has hereby affixed as are listed below:
