I have an enormous pleasure in expressing my deepest sense of gratitude and


humble indebtedness towards my college guide Mr. D. R. Vahoniya, Assistant
Professor, International Agri-business Management Institute, AAU, Anand for
his steadfast inspiration, expert guidance, painstaking efforts and keen abiding
interest during the entire research work. With profound respect, I extend my
gratitude to Dr. G. B. Valand, Ex-Principal, International Agri-Business
Management Institute and P. R. Vaishnav, Principal, International Agri-
Business Management Institute AAU Anand for providing necessary facilities
during the project work.
Indeed the words at my command are not adequate, either in the form of spirit,
