Creating Infoarea

This document provides instructions for creating InfoAreas, InfoObject Catalogs, and custom characteristic InfoObjects in SAP. It explains that InfoAreas represent the highest level of grouping for objects in a data warehouse. InfoObject Catalogs are used to arrange large numbers of InfoObjects within an InfoArea in a logical group. The steps provided show how to create these structures and configure settings for custom characteristic InfoObjects such as data type, length, conversion routines, and master data maintenance.
