Essential Qualification

Medical Officer/D:

1) MD (General Medicine) or equivalent

Technical Officer/C:

2a) Mechanical : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university with not less
than 60% marks in aggregate.
Desirable : Experience in Design, analysis, Manufacturing, Construction, QA, Procurement,
Maintenance & Operation etc. in process industries, power plants, etc.

2b) Electronics & Instrumentation: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
* Candidates with B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Communication Engg., / Instrumentation &
Control / Electrical & Electronics Engg. will also qualify against this advertisement for the
post of Technical Officer / C post 2(b).

Desirable : Experience in Design, analysis, Manufacturing, Construction, QA, Procurement,
Maintenance & Operation etc. in process industries, power plants, etc.

2c) Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.

Scientific Assistant/B:
3a) Mechanical: Minimum 60% of Marks in Diploma(3 years course) in Mechanical from a Recognised
Institution. Should have had English as one of the Subjects at HSC or at SSC level examination.

3b) Electrical & Electronics: Minimum 60% of Marks in Diploma(3 years course) in Electrical & Electronics
from a Recognised Institution. Should have had English as one of the Subjects at HSC or at SSC level
examination.

3c) Electronics & Communication: Minimum 60% of Marks in Diploma(3 years course) in Electronics &
Communication from a Recognised Institution. Should have had English as one of the Subjects at HSC or
at SSC level examination.

3 d) Instrumentation: Minimum 60% of Marks in Diploma(3 years course) in Instrumentation from a Recognised
Institution. Should have had English as one of the Subjects at HSC or at SSC level examination.


3 e) Computer: Minimum 60% of Marks in Diploma(3 years course) in Computer from a Recognised
Institution. Should have had English as one of the Subjects at HSC or at SSC level examination.

Assistant Grade-1:

4a) HR: A Degree in Science/Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
40 w.p.m typing speed on PC.
Should have passed a Certificate Course of a duration of not less than 6 months on MS-
Windows Operating System and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel,
Access, Power Point), email management and internet surfing.
Desirable : Two years working experience as Assistant/ Clerk/Typist/Data Entry Operator
in any office of Central/State Government/ PSU/ reputed commercial establishment.

4b) F&A: A degree in Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
40 w.p.m typing speed on PC.
Should have passed a Certificate Course of a duration of not less than 6 months on MS-
Windows Operating System and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel,
Access, Power Point), email management and internet surfing.
Desirable: Two years working experience as Assistant/Clerk/Typists/Data Entry Operator in
Stores / Purchase / Finance line in Government / Semi-Government organization / PSU /
reputed commercial establishments.

4c) C&MM: A degree in Science (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics)/ Commerce with
minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

4. A non-refundable processing fee is payable by applicants applying for the above posts except
SC/ST/PH candidates.
5. Mere fulfillment of requirement as laid down in the advertisement does not entitle a
candidate to be called for Written test /Personal interview. In case the response is more,
screening will be done for short listing the number of candidates to be called for Written test
/Personal Interview. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
6. BHAVINI reserves the right to fill up all the posts or alter the number of posts or even cancel
the whole process of recruitment and change the Centre of examination without assigning
any reasons.
7. BHAVINI reserves the right to reject or accept the candidature of any applicant at any stage.
8. The vacancies shown above are provisional and subject to variation. The filling up of vacancies
indicated in the advertisement is also subject to the approval of the Competent Authority and may




not be filled up if decided otherwise in terms of the orders issued by Govt. of India from time to

9. Candidates may ensure that they fill in the correct information. Candidates who furnish false
information will be disqualified for written test /interview.
10. Persons working under Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings should submit a
NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE invariably from the employer with whom they are working at
the time of personal interview failing which, they will not be allowed.
11. All the SC/ST candidates called for personal interview from outstation will be reimbursed
to and fro II class rail fare as per Govt. of India orders on production of tickets for
interview.
12. The candidates may download a copy of the application and admit card and submit the
same along with self attested photo copies of certificates in support of (a) birth
certificate/SSC Certificate for age proof (b) caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Recent Non-
creamy layer Certificate) from the Competent Authority
(c) disability certificate in case of Physically handicapped from the Competent Authority (d)
educational qualification with mark sheets of each semester and the professional
examinations appeared along with copy of graduation certificate from University
(e) experience certificate (f) one extra passport size photograph and also bring originals for
verification ONLY AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW. Candidate who attends for the
interview without any of the supporting documents will not be allowed to appear before
the interview committee.
13. The date, time and venue for written test or trade test or personal interview will be intimated to
the eligible candidates through e-mail or displayed at our online portal/website.
14. Corrigendum/Addendum or any other notification to this advertisement, if any, shall be
published only on the website of BHAVINI.
