Erin Glover, APR
Manager, Social Media and Print at Disneyland Resort Erin Glover was connected to the Disney brand long before she joined the Disneyland team in 2011. She worked in entertainment at Walt Disney World while earning her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations at Florida State University. Now, after a 10 year separation, she has achieved her goal of returning to The Walt Disney Company. Glovers favorite part of her job as Social Media and Print Manager for Disneyland Resort is the storytelling she gets to be a part of. Through managing the content of Disney Parks Blog and the Disneyland twitter account, she is an integral connection between guests and the park. Working in a company so rich in tradition and history fuels Glovers creativity as she aims to bring the guests closer to the stories they love. Before her return to Disney, Glover developed a diverse skillset through working in government, nonprofit organizations and traditional public relations agencies, both domestic and abroad. Within this broad set of experiences, her work at Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance and Voce Communications led Glover to a specialization in social media and online content creation that she is happy to bring to her role at Disneyland. Mirroring the love for involvement that she nurtured during her work in nonprofit, Glover is well connected to her community. Aside from her accreditation in public relations from PRSA, Glover is heavily involved with organizations that promote health and human services. For example, Glover is currently training for her eighth marathon with Team in Training, a program within the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society that helps raise money for medical research.
