Camera Log Sheet

This camera log sheet is used to record shooting details for a film or television production. It prompts the user to reset the time counter to zero when inserting a new tape, note the time counter or "in point" each time shooting stops, and provide a brief shot description along with the battery number or indication of electricity if plugged in. The log sheet will be used to keep track of footage shot on set.

• after inserting your new tape into the camera, reset the time counter to zero (00:00:00 hrs:mins:secs)
• everytime the camera stops shooting, record the counter number displayed as the next “in point”
• also, write a brief description and the battery number used (write ‘e’ for electricity if plugged in)
