Quick Reference Teradata-Load Utilities

Fast Load is a utility for faster loading of data into Teradata tables compared to other utilities. It loads data in two phases and can restart from checkpoints, but does not support referential integrity constraints, secondary indexes, or triggers on the target table. Multi Load also loads data into Teradata tables, but across multiple phases and supports loading duplicate records into multiset tables. It allows loading into multiple tables in one job and restarting if an Access Module fails. TPUMP provides continuous loading of data changes into Teradata tables and supports secondary indexes and constraints on target tables.
